BUSINESS EDUCATION FACULTY
This dynamic study explores and develops some of the central knowledge components including the skills necessary for the individual to participate as a citizen in the local, as well as, the global market. It explores: legal implications, economic factors, the ever-changing technological applications, as well as, environmental and ethical practices that form the modern business world.
Business Education Students are personally enriched as every subject offered within this Faculty has real-life applications.
Students may choose from three (3) subjects in the Junior School (years eight to ten) and five (5) subjects in the Senior School (years eleven and twelve). With the growth of Vocational Education in the Senior School two of the five subjects are stand alone Voc Ed subjects whilst a third has Certificate II in Business embedded in it.
Teachers who deliver all these programs are constantly reviewing, evaluating and re-writing courses of study to best meet current industry practices. Consequently, our students are very well equipped to meet current challenges, as well as, the futuristic challenges of the ever-changing face of business.
